Daytime Sings
Daytime sings are small singing parties held once a month in the middle of the week to give us a
break from the "daily grind." The sings are held at different people's
homes around the Boston area. We usually go around the circle and give each person a turn to request,
perform or lead a song. The group tends to be pretty small and has a wide range of musical abilities.
Instruments are welcome but not required, and you can feel free to bring a copy of Rise Up Singing or
other printed material to share.
For more information, or if you would like to host a daytime sing,
please send email to Don MacLeod at donmac AT pobox DOT com.
Don requests that you RSVP by the day before the sing so
the host knows if there'll be enough people to carry on!
